Our sheds are custom designed, engineered and constructed to accommodate your needs and requirements. With options for skillion or gable roofs, ranging from 3 metres to 24 metres wide and wall heights up to 6 meters. We can include roller doors, various size windows, personal access doors or sliding doors and many other options and features.
Shed Layouts & Sizes
Your shed can be built to almost any size or purpose. We will work closely with you to create a design that accommodates your requirements and adds significant value to your home. Listed below are a few standard domestic shed layouts that can provide a good reference for layout when planning your shed build.
Single Garage
A single roller door garage is a great option for when you simply need a little extra space for the lawn mower, push bikes and sports gear or just somewhere to keep the car out of the harsh Queensland weather.
Double Garage
Need to store a car or two and/or space for a workshop? Then a double roller door garage is great medium size option that isn’t likely to take up your whole yard.
Multi Garage
A triple roller door or bigger garage is an ideal solution for storing multiple vehicles, boats and/or trailers while potentially still having ample space for storage and a workshop.
Shed with attached Awning
Building a shed with an attached awning or lean-to is a great option for providing extra space for the car or boat without the increased cost of a whole additional space inside the shed. Awnings can be a simple extension of the existing roof line or an additional roof built onto the side of the shed.
Gable or Skillion Roof
Choosing between a Gable and Skillion roof for your shed may be a difficult choice. Depending on the size, positioning and layout of your shed, a gable roof or skillion roof may be more practical than the other.
Gable roofs are more suitable to wider, larger sheds and offering a timeless appearance. While skillion roofs offer a modern style and they can allow for a more dynamic layout. It may even be suitable in some situations to use a combination of both roof styles such as a built on carport for your shed.

Premium Materials & Finishes
Your shed will be built from nothing but premium quality materials including BlueScope Lysaght steel, Colorbond steel cladding and Buildex screws and fasteners. This is to ensure your shed can withstand the harsh Queensland elements without fault or issues.
Council Paperwork Done
We take care of everything, from design, engineering and building of your shed to managing the plans, council applications and fees as required until the final approval has been given. Bryland Sheds will make your next experience building an absolute pleasure.
