A single roller door garage is a great option for when you simply need a little extra space for the lawn mower, push bikes and sports gear or just somewhere to keep the car out of the harsh Queensland weather.

Building a shed with an attached awning or lean-to is a great option for providing extra space for the car or boat without the increased cost of a whole additional space inside the shed. Awnings can be a simple extension of the existing roof line or an additional roof built onto the side of the shed.

Gabel or Skillion Roof

Choosing between a Gabel and Skillion roof for your shed may be a difficult choice. Depending on the size, positioning and layout of your shed, a gabel roof or skillion roof may be more practical than the other.

Gabel roofs are more suitable to wider, larger sheds and offering a timeless appearance. While skillion roofs offer a modern style and they can allow for a more dynamic layout. It may even be suitable in some situations to use a combination of both roof styles such as a built on carport for your shed.
